1. Acceptance of Terms

By joining the Lumen Limitless LLC SMS waitlist service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. About Lumen Limitless LLC

Lumen Limitless LLC ("Lumen Limitless," "we," "us," or "our") is an AI automation company based in Rochester, NY. We provide AI-powered automation services to businesses, including appointment waitlist management and review response management.

3. SMS Services Offered

We operate the following SMS notification programs:

3A. Appointment Waitlist Notifications

This service allows individuals to join a waitlist and receive SMS notifications when appointment slots become available at participating businesses.

Opt-In Method:You opt in by texting "WAITLIST" to our number, or by submitting a web form with your phone number and explicitly consenting to receive SMS messages.

Message Types:

  • Waitlist confirmation
  • Appointment availability notifications
  • Booking confirmations
  • Appointment reminders
  • Service-related updates

Message Frequency: Frequency varies. You may receive 0–5 messages per month depending on appointment cancellations and your waitlist preferences.

3B. AI Review Responder — Business Owner Alerts

This service is provided to business owners and managers who have entered into a Service Agreement with Lumen Limitless LLC. It monitors your Google Business Profile, Yelp, and TripAdvisor listings for new customer reviews and sends SMS alerts for your awareness and approval.

Opt-In Method: Business owners opt in by executing a Service Order or Service Agreement with Lumen Limitless LLC. By signing, you expressly consent to receive automated SMS notifications at the phone number provided in your agreement.

Message Types:

  • Alerts when new reviews are posted to your business profiles
  • AI-generated draft responses for your review and approval (for 1–3 star reviews)
  • Confirmation when responses have been posted on your behalf (for 4–5 star reviews)
  • Service status updates and operational notifications

Message Frequency: Frequency varies based on new review activity on your business profiles. Typically 0–10 messages per month per business location. Higher-volume locations may receive more.

Reply Commands:

  • APPROVE — Post the AI-drafted response as-is
  • EDIT [your response] — Reply with your custom response text; we will post it
  • SKIP — Take no action on this review
  • STOP — Opt out of all SMS notifications from this service
  • HELP — Receive contact information and support instructions

24-Hour Approval Window:For flagged negative reviews (1–3 stars), you have 24 hours to respond via SMS. If no response is received within the window, the review will be logged as "No Response" and no message will be posted unless you later request one.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use any of our SMS services. By opting in, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • The phone number you provide is your own (or a business number you are authorized to use)
  • You have the authority to agree to receive SMS messages at that number

5. Consent and Opt-In

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or of receiving any services from Lumen Limitless LLC. You may use our services without enrolling in SMS notifications where alternatives are available.

By opting in, you expressly consent to receive automated SMS text messages at the phone number provided. This may include messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. Standard message and data rates may apply.

6. Opting Out (STOP)

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by:

Our SMS notification services are provided as part of a broader service engagement. SMS delivery itself is free from our side; however, message and data rates may applybased on your mobile carrier plan. Contact your carrier if you are unsure about your plan's terms.

9. Supported Carriers

Our services support all major US mobile carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and most regional carriers. Carrier participation may change without notice.

10. No Marketing Messages

We will never send marketing, promotional, or unsolicited advertising messages via SMS. All messages are strictly operational and related to the service you have opted into.

11. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate contact information and to notify us if your phone number changes. Lumen Limitless LLC is not responsible for missed notifications due to inaccurate or outdated contact information.

12. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free message delivery
  • Delivery within a specific timeframe
  • Availability of appointment slots (for waitlist service)
  • That review response posting will always succeed (subject to platform API availability)

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumen Limitless LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Missed notifications or delivery delays
  • Carrier or technical failures
  • Actions taken or not taken based on review response recommendations

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Lumen Limitless LLC for the applicable service in the prior 30 days.

14. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any SMS service at any time. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
