This policy applies to all Lumen Limitless LLC services, including:

  1. Appointment Waitlist Notifications — SMS notifications for individuals joining appointment waitlists at participating businesses
  2. AI Review Responder — SMS alert and approval system for business owners monitoring their Google Business Profile, Yelp, and TripAdvisor reviews

Information We Collect

For Appointment Waitlist Participants

  • Name — to identify you when a slot becomes available
  • Phone number — to send SMS notifications
  • Email address (optional) — for backup notifications
  • Service preference — the type of service you are interested in
  • Date availability — the date range you are available for appointments

For Business Owner / Review Responder Clients

  • Business owner name — for account identification and communications
  • Business phone number — to send SMS review alerts and approval requests
  • Business email address — for account correspondence and confirmations
  • Business name and address — for service setup and identification
  • Review platform information — Google Place ID, Yelp Business ID, and TripAdvisor Location ID used to monitor your reviews
  • Review data — text and metadata of reviews posted to your business profiles, used solely to generate AI draft responses

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect solely to:

  • Deliver SMS notifications relevant to the service you enrolled in
  • Generate AI-drafted review responses for business owner review and approval
  • Post approved review responses to Google on your behalf
  • Send appointment availability notifications and confirmations (waitlist service)
  • Maintain records of notification delivery and response activity
  • Respond to support requests and account inquiries
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations

We do not use your information for advertising, marketing profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the service you signed up for.

SMS / Text Messaging — Data Sharing and Consent

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

All text messaging originator opt-in data and consent information is kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third parties.

This applies to all SMS programs operated by Lumen Limitless LLC, including the Appointment Waitlist Notification service and the AI Review Responder service.

Opt-In Methods

  • Waitlist service:You opt in by texting "WAITLIST" to our number or by submitting a web form and explicitly checking the SMS consent box.
  • Review Responder service: Business owners opt in by executing a Service Order or Service Agreement with Lumen Limitless LLC.

Message Frequency

  • Waitlist service: 0–5 messages per month, depending on appointment availability.
  • Review Responder service: 0–10 messages per month per business location, depending on new review activity.

Opt-Out

Reply STOP to any message to immediately opt out. You will receive one final confirmation. No further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

We share data only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers: We use trusted third-party processors to operate our services (listed below). These providers are contractually bound to protect your data and use it only as directed by us.
  • Legal compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of Lumen Limitless LLC or others.
  • Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you in advance.

We never share your SMS opt-in consent or mobile phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Data Retention

  • Waitlist participant data: 90 days, or until appointment is booked or removal is requested
  • Review Responder client data: Duration of active service agreement + 1 year after termination
  • Review and response logs: Duration of active service agreement + 1 year
  • SMS delivery logs: 90 days

After the applicable retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymized.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including:

  • Encrypted data storage (AES-256 at rest)
  • Encrypted data transmission (TLS in transit)
  • Access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel only
  • Regular security reviews of our systems and third-party providers

No system is 100% secure. If a breach occurs that affects your rights, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct any inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Delete your information (subject to legal retention requirements)
